Our team is seeking a sharp, creative and detail oriented Coordinator! This position will be responsible for providing administrative and project-based support for the Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing for Paramount TV!
Responsibilities
to include, but not limited to:
• Social Media asset ideation, creation and upload to help support Marketing partners and Paramount TV productions. Responsible for monthly social media calendar
• Gather and deliver approved footage, logos, photos and cleared music to vendors/partners for content creation
• Route all marketing materials through legal and BA for review and approval
• Organize and manage all approved final marketing assets and marketing campaigns on internal database
• Act as custodian of corporate logos, trailers, promos, keyart, assets, etc…
• Follow social media accounts for our shows, our talent, and competitive Entertainment properties and provide topline reporting on social sentiment
• Build synergy recap reports for internal and external partners
• Screens incoming calls and correspondence
• Manages supervisor's calendar and schedules appointments
• Coordinates travel for executive
• Process all travel and departmental expenses
• Ability to be flexible, nimble and adapt to workplace needs
Basic qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years of relatable office experience; entertainment marketing experience
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to create social content and collect insights
Additional Qualifications:
• Strong people skills; manage relationships across multiple business units, departments, and external vendors
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and internet software
• Strong attention to detail, editing skills and follow-through skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines for complete tasks/assignments
• Demonstrate good judgment and the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues
