OVERVIEW
At Paramount Global Content Distribution, we are looking for a Coordinator to support the development and maintenance of our project management system on a wide variety of projects that include features, acquisitions, original TV programs, series and specials. In this role, the coordinator works with key stake holders to gather information and keep the team up to date to successfully service and distribute marketing deliverable to sales/clients. The coordinator is the organizational guru. They work effectively with partners of all levels and possess great communication skills. They thrive in ambiguous situations and can shift gears to provide support wherever it is most needed, and are not afraid to dive into the details. They appreciate and use the full Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. They also have a proficient knowledge working with collaboration production management software’s such as Air Table, Asana, Google, Jira, Confluence, etc. This position reports to the Manager, Marketing Services and will follow a hybrid schedule of working both in the office and remotely.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Works across production, development, publicity, legal, operations rights and distribution teams to gather, organize and track information needed for distribution of marketing materials and library maintenance
• Maintain key organizational documents including marketing priorities, planning calendars, project management schedule, and maintain our product library
• Provide executional support of multi-platform content
• Set up meetings and optimize communications with global stake holders
• Build and manage highly positive relationships and work effectively with a wide range of internal and external partners of all levels
• Provide administrative calendar support where needed
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 years of experience in film and/or TV marketing, or agency experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Marketing team experience with a major studio, media company, streaming service, brand and/or marketing agency, consumer marketing, marketing communications and/or digital/high-technology consumer companies/products
• Knowledge of Air Table, Adobe Suite, Indesign, Google drive, and project management software
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and team focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment!
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to operate with autonomy and discretion
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners
