As Coordinator, Content Creative; you will be responsible for supporting the SVP of Content Creative, having complete ownership of calendars, expenses, virtual and in-person meetings and agendas, as well as special projects as assigned. You will act as the go-to resource for team support on processes and project management. Job Responsibilities:
• Heavy calendar management for an executive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail, while still working under tight timelines.
• Plan and execute on and off-site meetings and team events.
• Prepare monthly expense reports and plan travel accommodation as needed.
• Serve as the face of CBS on behalf of your team and help build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work to develop and implement new processes and mechanisms that will ultimately improve team performance, creativity, communication and collaboration.
• Love being creative. Be passionate about telling stories, trying new things, and being creative whether it be planning an event, working in a spreadsheet or jumping into a special project.
Job Qualification Standards:
• Minimum 2-3 years of similar experience in an administrative role; creative background preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Outlook e-mail/calendar, Zoom, Slack, Adobe, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote.
• Knowledge and functional knowledge of Adobe Premiere and/or Avid Media Composer a plus.
• An excellent listener and communicator with a high EQ.
• Able to invent new and streamline ways of communicating and assisting at high-volume.
• Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple principals or teams.
• Track record of consistently going above and beyond.
• Understanding of traditional and digital entertainment marketing, including but not limited to on-air, display, print, OOH, paid social, performance and digital media channels a plus, but not required.
• Exemplary team player able to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders with a wide range of personality types.
• Comfortable in a test-and-learn environment.
• Possess strong decision-making skills and can operate with significant autonomy and discretion.
• Detail oriented with strong project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient on Mac operating systems.
