#WeAreParamount on a mission to unleash the power of content… you in?
We’ve got the brands, we’ve got the stars, we’ve got the power to achieve our mission to entertain the planet – now all we’re missing is… YOU! Becoming a part of Paramount means joining a team of passionate people who not only recognize the power of content but also enjoy a touch of fun and uniqueness. Together, we co-create moments that matter – both for our audiences and our employees – and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.
Is this the role for you?
Our Global Content Distribution team helps bring series and feature content to audiences across multiple platforms (including free-to-air, pay TV and streaming). Commercial Operations supports our sales teams from early-stage opportunities through to deal set-up, approvals and reporting–so agreements are accurate, compliant and set up for success.
What will you be doing?
As a Commercial Operations Analyst in our EMEA team, you’ll provide day-to-day support to regional sales colleagues and help keep our CRM and deal processes running smoothly. You’ll work with multiple internal partners (including Sales, Deal Management and Legal) and contribute to reporting that supports well-informed commercial decisions.
• Manage day-to-day Salesforce CRM tasks, including customer set-up and maintenance, entering deals and routing approvals.
• Support sales negotiations by coordinating the information colleagues need, for example:
• Requesting content availability and clearances using internal tools, and preparing clear, well-formatted availability lists for external clients.
• Learning and applying key business processes and content licensing rules.
• Working with Sales, Deal Management, Legal and other partners during deal preparation and deal management.
• Tracking and following up on internal approvals so deals progress on time.
• Help analyse offers for series and feature content by preparing internal sales history summaries.
What are we looking for?
Essential
• A degree (2:1 or equivalent) or around two years’ relevant work experience.
• Confident using Microsoft Office–especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable
• Strong analytical skills, clear written and verbal communication, and good attention to detail.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Well organised, able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience using a CRM (for example, Salesforce) or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Interest in the entertainment/content sector; experience is a plus but not required.
• A flexible, solutions-focused approach.
