• Comfortable working in time-sensitive, live-event environments
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience
• Experience with Live Linear Playout System (AMPP, Amagi, Imagine…etc.)
• Experience with SRT-based signal routing and distribution platforms (Netinsight, Techex, Haivision Gateway or similar)
• Familiarity with closed captioning workflows in broadcast environments, including CEA-608/708 standards and AI-driven captioning services (EEG, AWS Transcribe, Verbit, or similar)
• Basic experience with Linux or command-line tools
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, IAM, networking basics); familiarity with AWS Media Services a strong plus
• Experience with OTT/streaming quality monitoring platforms (TagVS, Conviva, NPAW, or similar)
Training & Development
• Structured onboarding with hands-on system training
• Direct mentorship from engineering and operations staff
• Exposure to modern cloud-based and IP-based broadcast workflows
• Opportunity to take on increased responsibility as proficiency grows
Success in this Role Looks Like
