Overview and Responsibilities:
Paramount€™s Video Monetization and Operations team is a vivacious group of individuals responsible for the monetization of all brands of Paramount Streaming video content. As a central team, we have responsibilities to all business units across the Paramount Streaming portfolio. From Entertainment to News to Sports, we play a role in it all! We are seeking a Campaign Manager to assist in these exciting ventures!
In this role, the Campaign Manager will be responsible for guiding internal groups through the sales process, to ensure users, clients, and Paramount Streaming are well represented. This includes tasks such as testing creative, implementing it correctly in our ad server, tracking delivery, and making optimizations to ensure complete delivery and enhancing revenue. Additional tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Answering questions from Sales representatives and other internal groups
• Checking specifications on video assets from clients (both third party and first party)
• Guiding internal departments in order reservation and product utilization
• Trafficking assets within the ad server
• Optimizing campaigns for most efficient delivery
• Working with high profile events such as live streaming of the NFL, The Grammys, and NCAA Football.
• Future endeavors include improving Paramount viewer experiences and working with original content such as 1883 and Halo
Basic Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience in online ad trafficking
• Summary knowledge of major industry 3rd party ad servers (DCM, Innovid, Extreme Reach)
Additional Qualifications:
• Bachelor€™s degree or equivalent
• Condensed knowledge of HTML preferred, experience with JavaScript and Flash
• Experience with Microsoft office Suite (strong Excel skills strongly preferred)
• Experience with online video ad formats such as VAST/VPAID
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Time management skills and the ability to multi-task on several projects at once
