Overview: The Paramount Brand Studio Partner Solutions team is seeking a Manager to join our team - a client-facing group that owns the end-to-end pre-sale process, crafting strategic multi-platform campaigns to meet advertiser objectives. The ideal candidate is an excellent project manager, exceptionally detail-oriented, has superb PowerPoint & design skills, is a strong creative writer, and has a strong passion for the development of creative marketing solutions. If this sounds like you, we’d love to have you on the team! Responsibilities:
• The Manager position reports into the Director on the convergent client facing Partner Solutions team
• Work in partnership with our Ad Sales and cross-functional teams to help ideate and develop convergent campaigns across the Paramount Global ecosystem
• Lead complex RFP response ideation that span multiple advertising products and multiple Paramount brands based on client objectives
• Build the strategic approach and campaign architecture in response to a Request For Proposal
• Budget for marketing programs, ensuring the solution is competitive with the marketplace, efficient for the client, and profitable for Paramount
• Incredibly detailed management on progress & status of all outstanding projects
• Lead and oversee development of internal & external presentations
• Liaise across internal marketing functions and guide partners towards the development of compelling and strategic proposals with multi-touch big ideas
• Ability to see partnership value propositions in a Paramount show and pitch endemic advertisers to drive revenue
• Maintain a pulse on the media industry and how to define our Creative Solutions value proposition against competition
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor degree 4-6 years experience in Media/Tech, Ad Sales, Integrated Marketing and/or agency experience with emphasis on custom marketing solutions and/or partnership strategy
• Extensive knowledge of Paramount programming & overall media landscape
Additional Qualifications
• Fantastic storytelling, writing, and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of how to craft and evolve narratives
• Solid understanding of culture with a deep knowledge of various online/linear platforms, content formats, and influencer trends
• Talent in distilling complex information into simple, memorable terms that sales and clients can grasp and action
• Ability to multi-task and handle various project elements simultaneously, with shown experience of working efficiently and cross-functionally
• Adept at public speaking and presentation skills (on zoom or in person)
• Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint and design skills with a strong attention to visual appeal
• Experience empowering employees, granting them the authority to voice their opinions and take ownership of their assignments
• Fierce attention to detail, proactive attitude, superb organization & project management skills
