Overview:
The Paramount Brand Studio Partner Solutions team is seeking a Coordinator to support our team - a client-facing group that leads the end-to-end pre-sale process, crafting strategic multi-platform campaigns to meet advertiser objectives. The ideal candidate is incredibly detail-oriented, eager to learn, has superb PowerPoint & design skills, is a strong creative writer and a fan of our content & talent. Responsibilities:
• The Coordinator position reports into the Senior Manager on the convergent client facing Partner Solutions team
• Work in partnership with our Ad Sales and cross-functional teams to help ideate and develop convergent campaigns across the Paramount Global ecosystem
• Support team members in RFP response ideation based on client briefs, data and insights, budget & platform priorities
• Execute detailed notes on internal & external calls with an ability to synthesize information & recap next steps in a clear and concise manner to internal stakeholders
• Detailed management of all department organizational materials including tracking documents, team calendars, status sheets, etc.
• Assist in the creative development of internal & external presentations for Directors, VPs and SVPs in PowerPoint
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor degree preferred, 1-2 years experience in Media/Tech, Ad Sales, Integrated Marketing and/or agency experience
Additional Qualifications
• Fierce attention to detail, superb organization, project & time management skills
• Collaborative spirit and a proactive mindset is a must
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Photoshop with excellent presentation design skills
• Excellent task ownership, problem-solving and research skills
• Interest in social media, digital platforms, and the larger media landscape
• Unique balance of disciplined strategic thinking, creative passion, and a willingness to be hands-on
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
