Division Overview:
We are the Audience Acquisition team, part of the ViacomCBS Streaming Group, Marketing Acquisition and Campaign Services team (MACS). We work closely with the digital teams at ViacomCBS to promote and amplify the very best content and products of what is produced every day.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized team member to support the MACS Audience Acquisition marketing team and grow within this exciting team. You will be a great teammate who is willing to take direction but also shows initiative and can work independently on projects. You are a fast learner and are willing to take on projects and direction as assigned. You show a strong work ethic and strive to continually learn and grow your digital marketing skills. You are organized, punctual and professional. The role will support the team's efforts on acquisition campaigns, with special focus on campaign operations and processes.
Your Day-to-Day:
• Help with digital media campaign builds including building campaign names, creatives, or audiences
• Support the management, monitoring, and administration of advertising campaigns to ensure proper implementation and application of conventions and processes
• Support internal processes; help to refine and implement work streams across the team and paid media channels to increase efficiency and enable communication
• Identify, reconcile and resolve discrepancies with campaign naming conventions
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support campaign processes and updates
• Attends team meetings and department calls
• Monitor activities of competitors and industry trends
• Execute special projects as needed
Key Projects -
• Build campaigns according to proper naming conventions
• Review and audit campaign data outputs to ensure correct naming formatting
Qualifications:
What you bring to the team:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years of experience in paid digital advertising such as search (i.e. Google AdWords, Bing Ads, etc.), paid social (Facebook, Twitter, Snap, etc), or mobile app marketing or digital display paid campaigns
• Experience trafficking campaigns and pulling reporting in Doubleclick Campaign Manager (DCM)
• Experience and knowledge of digital marketing and advertising, including but not limited to social media, blogging, email, display, search marketing, ad ops
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to interpret and format large data sets
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Enthusiastic, passionate and strong work ethic
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to handle multiple projects at one time
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
