Overview:
Are you ready to help craft the future of streaming media with bold campaigns and innovative partnerships? Paramount is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to join its high-impact Streaming Media team! As the central hub for all paid media efforts, this team leads service-sell campaigns, annual media partnerships, first-to-market executions, and on-device and performance media strategies. It also acts as a strategic link between studio media teams handling paid campaigns for original series and films.
In this role, you’ll be a catalyst within the on-device paid media pod, focusing on Roku and connected TV platforms such as Samsung, LG, and Vizio. You’ll help implement innovative campaigns across a variety of initiatives–including service-sell efforts, original content, and live sports–driving growth and engagement for Paramount .

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement paid on-device media campaigns that drive Paramount subscriber acquisition and growth
• Handle the creative delivery process for Roku and CTV platforms, with a focus on maintaining accurate specs within the Paramount internal database
• Support the development and ongoing maintenance of on-device media plans across Roku and CTV partners
• Coordinate reporting needs and performance tracking for campaigns running on Roku and CTV platforms
• Assist with the monthly budget reconciliation process for on-device media campaigns, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial goals
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years of experience handling on-device (OTT) platforms or paid media campaigns
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster relationships
• A data-driven approach to marketing, with experience analyzing and reviewing results to make them more actionable
• Experience in digital subscription services and/or e-commerce
• Experience in project management tools like JIRA and Airtable
Additional Qualifications
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity and willingness to ask questions and propose ideas
• Passion and enthusiasm for entertainment content
• Prior experience at an ad agency
• Prior experience or familiarity with OTT Platform Planning

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $48,800.00 - 80,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
