Paramount Global is looking for a new Asset Management Coordinator to join our Global Content Licensing team!
THE ROLE
Reporting to the VP, Creative Services, the Asset Management Coordinator will oversee the metadata workflow for all Paramount Global-distributed titles. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They like working autonomously and can meet daily and long-term deadlines. They are extremely curious, detail-oriented, and highly accurate with grammar and spelling. This position will be responsible for gathering metadata from multiple sources, checking to ensure they conform to all applicable standards, adjusting where necessary, and servicing the metadata out to the appropriate distribution platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working with our ongoing slate of titles, source descriptive metadata (season and episode synopses, runtime, cast, etc), review for accuracy, and service to multiple partners.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address any missing, incomplete, or non-conforming metadata.
• Manage delivery timelines, communicating due dates to partners, and coordinating workflows in order to meet delivery dates for all materials on time.
• Manage the project management platform to track the status of all metadata and provide insights and reports to stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 years of experience with content metadata and managing projects and workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks and escalate issues as needed.
• Excellent organizational skills, highly accurate, and a relentless attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, willingness to pivot workflows as needed, and ability to effectively flag and communicate potential issues.
• Knowledge of asset management systems and the ability to quickly learn new technologies a plus.
• Strong knowledge of various metadata formats a plus.
