At Paramount, our Master Data Governance (MDG) Group ensures high-quality master data that drives business decisions worldwide. We manage the critical master data, the static information behind transactions and processes, that enables insightful reporting and seamless operations across our global organization.
As part of the MDG team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across all levels from brand groups and business units to IT and management to ensure master data quality, resolve issues, and support strategic data initiatives that empower our corporate success.
This is a fixed-term position!
What You’ll Do:
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data across systems through regular monitoring and updates.
• Monitor and enhance data quality and integrity through ongoing analysis and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to support daily Master Data operations.
• Assist with data entry, audits, and data cleansing activities in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle knowledge is a plus).
• Help create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data governance processes.
• Respond promptly to data-related inquiries and incidents, ensuring effective resolution.
• Participate in training and onboarding activities to support new team members.
• Contribute to ERP implementation projects through data conversion, mapping, and cleansing efforts
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
• 0-2 years experience in data management, finance, or similar roles.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills, including data handling and analysis. These skills may be assessed during the hiring process.
• Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring high-quality, consistent, and trusted data across platforms.
