Is this the role for you?
The Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with the Programming team and is essential to the smooth running, efficiency and effectiveness of the Acquisitions team.
What will you be doing?
• Diary management and general administrative support for Senior Director of Acquisitions
• Screening potential acquisitions across genres and producing viewing reports
• Responsible for assisting acquisition deals, research and collating information and entering deal information into internal systems
• Assisting with TVM scheduling and stock management when necessary
• Updating programme information and viewing logs
• Responsible for collecting information about global markets and upcoming series
• Attending exhibitor screenings when required
• Booking travel for team members attending TV markets
• Generate PO requests for supplier payments
What are we looking for?
• Experience working within a Broadcaster
• Knowledge of the complete VIMN portfolio including Channel 5
• General enthusiasm for Television
• Positive/can do attitude and hardworking ethic €'' no task is too small!
• Experience of working with internal systems €'' Excel, Word, Powerpoint WON desirable but not essential
