Is this role for you?
Reporting into an Account Director, your role is to generate UK linear sponsorship and multi-platform partnership advertising revenue from a specific set of media agencies. The Paramount brands operating in the UK are 5, Paramount , Pluto, MTV, Comedy Central and Nickelodeon.
What will you be doing?
• Generate linear sponsorship and multi-platform partnership revenue through promoting the benefits of partnerships with our brands to agencies.
• Build and hold strong relationships with agency partnership teams.
• Deliver the sales strategy and ensure the revenue target for your group of agencies is met.
• Collaborate with the wider Paramount Advertising International team, including Creative
• Resources to produce best in class pitches.
• A relentless focus on maintaining high quality output and the ambition to pursue and deliver award-winning work.
• To be a key stakeholder in the deal to air process, ensuring that the Client Services team are supported to deliver the partnership as planned.
• To actively reinforce a positive culture within the team, embracing Paramount values.
What are we looking for?
Revenue generation
• The ability to interpret partnership briefs and through the sourcing of relevant insight, produce creative pitches that will drive revenue
• Understanding of the key roles within agencies
• Proven experience in selling sponsorships and cross-platform partnerships
• Knowledge of the role and the costs associated with each media platform within a cross-platform partnership
• Ofcom Sponsorship regulations knowledge
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, able to multitask across a variety of workstreams
Communication
• A good presenter and the ability to write and deliver engaging sales pitches
• The ability to motivate key stakeholders within Paramount to support the work of the team
• A leader of client meetings, providing clients with confidence in Paramount partnerships
• Maintain excellent internal relationships with all departments within the Paramount International team and wider Paramount Global network
