We now have a rare entry-level opportunity in to our highly successful Ad Sales team in Melbourne. This Account Executive position is a permanent full-time role at our office in South Yarra.
Enough about us! What you’ll do as an Account Executive:
This role is responsible for supporting the Sales team working on a dedicated portfolio of accounts, ensuring that the administrative and customer service functions are delivered with the utmost care and accuracy.
Functions will also include:
• Provide administrative support to nominated Account Managers in an effective, detailed and timely manner
• Deliver a high level of client satisfaction through providing prompt, customer-focused and professional responses to enquiries and requests from clients
• Designing, preparing and checking client proposals and revenue reports
• Accurate management of client database
• Work collaboratively with a range of different team members and stakeholders as required
What are we looking for in an Account Executive? What’s important?
• Strong skills across the Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive and able to use initiative to solve problems and navigate challenges with a positive attitude
• Great attention to detail
• Proven experience in a customer service focused role
Extra points for the following, but not essential:
• Previous media industry experience would be great
• Exposure to working with a client database
