Position Title: Vice President of Studio Franchise Strategy

Overview:
Paramount Pictures seeks a VP of Studio Franchise Strategy to develop and advocate for long-term business and revenue strategies for key franchises and film titles across Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon. This role involves creating annual strategies, coordinating cross-company communications, and driving business opportunities for emerging and evergreen properties.
Responsibilities:
• Build annual strategy, budget presentations, and materials for leadership, ensuring alignment with the CEO's vision.
• Assist corporate communications and investor relations in translating internal strategies into external messaging.
• Support the Animation Studio president and leadership in building franchise plans, timelines, and communications.
• Coordinate global narratives and strategies for key slate titles, ensuring alignment across marketing, digital studios, and consumer products.
• Create materials for internal and external presentations representing Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon.
• Drive business opportunities for emerging and evergreen properties within the Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon library.
• Develop relationships with consumer products teams to align on franchise moments, retail strategies, and IP opportunities.
• Establish metrics to track franchise health, including P&L, audience insights, and trackers.
• Handle ad hoc tasks, such as windowing analysis, offsite preparation, and corporate strategy projects.
Basic Qualifications:
• 12+ years of experience in entertainment and media in a strategic role.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial analysis.
