MBA Intern, Paramount Pictures Strategy and Insights (Summer 2026 - In Person, LA)
We're seeking candidates who love understanding people and who are natural problem-solvers driven by finding solutions. While anyone in research needs to be comfortable with data and highly analytical, we also need to have great communicators who love telling stories from the insights. We are looking for people with a hunger for understanding consumer behaviors, understanding market trends, and an appetite for content and marketing. If you're someone who doesn't just ask what people are saying but tries to uncover why, then you belong on the Strategy and Insights team!
Key Internship Responsibilities:
• Synthesize large amounts of quantitative data, telling a story based on the insights and succinctly summarizing the results for stakeholders across the studio
• Research and design custom landscape and brand DNA studies to help inform production and marketing understanding of upcoming or post-released IP-driven movies
• Attend and contribute to analysis from screenings and focus groups, building a strong skillset in qualitative analysis
• Assess and synthesize findings on market and genre trends in the film industry
Qualifications:
• A great communicator, a team player, and someone with a deep passion for film. Should also have comfort with synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative information.
• Strong PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint. Data visualization skills (Tableau) or additional statistics platforms (SPSS) preferred.
Eligibility:
• You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.
• Interns will be required to work fully on-site for the duration of the program. Note: Paramount does not provide financial relocation support or housing stipends.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships.
