This position works on a team to manage the mastering of digital assets including, picture and sound. Â The Senior Media Archivist is directly responsible for the creation and care of assets during their transition from delivering partners to our internal distribution groups.Â
Â
Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:Â
• Support Acquisitions team with management of feature and trailer assetsÂ
• Onboard new production and delivering partnersÂ
• Create Media Orders and Purchase OrdersÂ
• Schedule projects with both internal and external vendorsÂ
• Review and analyze master-level QC reports for media assetsÂ
• Communicate project statuses with all key stakeholders Â
• May assist other groups within Asset Management as neededÂ

Qualifications
/SkillsÂ
Â
Basic qualifications:Â
• Minimum 7 years in mastering and/or post production operations at any of the following:Â
• StudioÂ
• Feature or Television productionsÂ
• Post Production facilityÂ
Â
Desired Skills
Â
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail with an ability to see the big pictureÂ
• Collaborative and professional communicationÂ
• Familiar with analyzing and troubleshooting master-level QC reports Â
• Practical understanding of various digital media formats including SDR and HDR-UHD Â
• Ability to establish when issues require escalation to upper management Â
• Flexibility in managing multiple expectations in a fast paced, evolving environmentÂ
• Experience in Xytech, Excel/SharePoint and Ariba a plusÂ
