Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Coordinator to support the Senior Vice President, Digital Distribution – Americas and the Senior Vice President, Customer Marketing! You are responsible for handling calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports, accurately record minutes and other organizational tasks. We are looking for a candidate who has a detailed understanding of Microsoft Office suite, strong problem solving and multi-tasking under time sensitive conditions, and has comfortability working for senior executives. In addition, the job holder will support the Digital Distribution & Sales team through ad hoc research projects and administration of key software tools (including Salesforce), and engage Paramount internal departments as needed to efficiently carry out this work. This role will be based out of the Los Angeles office and report to the Senior Vice President, Digital Distribution – Americas.
• Support ongoing operation of Salesforce and other internal systems
• Become a ''Super User/System Administrator'', training new users, and grow the necessary abilities across the Digital Distribution & Sales team
• Partner with IT and various departments, coordinate the collection, evaluation, and implementation of new Salesforce and/or Tableau development requests aimed at driving process efficiencies and success of customer engagement and sales functions
• Support the development of strategies to increase distribution and revenue of Paramount and other ViacomCBS content across online transactional platforms (both existing and emerging), with such support including (but not limited to) market research, data collection, and preparation of presentation materials
• General support of trade events and markets such as LA Screenings, NATPE, etc.
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure smooth flow of information and effective communication
• Act as custodian for departmental documents and records
• Make visitor gate passes and perform office duties, including ordering supplies
• Add to a team of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Additional Qualifications
• Experience using Salesforce and/or Tableau
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• First class verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in establishing relationships, with a friendly and professional demeanor
