Manager, Worldwide Market Intelligence, Digital Television
Overview and Responsibilities:
Paramount Home Media Distribution is looking for a Manger of Worldwide Market Intelligence! Reporting to the Executive Director, WW Market Intelligence, this role will be responsible for helping develop and refine strategy for Paramount Home Media Distribution for Digital Television properties on a worldwide basis. This will be accomplished through in depth analysis and understanding of market, competitor, and customer environments in major territories, with the goal of producing data driven decisions across all levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate will work effectively across multiple business functions, and at all levels of the organization!
• Monitoring analysis and communication of market and competitive trends across major territories from a wide variety of internal and external sources to provide business insight and support decision making
• Analysis of key go-to-market strategies such as pricing, windowing, and promotions, across multiple product lines
• Develop and distribute regular industry dashboards, tracking market development and benchmarking the performance rating of Paramount among all distribution channels
• Understand key drivers of performance in each market and identify areas of improvement for Paramount
• Forecast performance for Television series industry-wide across all transactional distribution platforms and across all major territories
• Contribute to market overview presentations at key planning intervals and in support of business reviews with key 3rd party partners
• Perform ongoing analytical & strategic projects of varying nature as directed
Basic Qualifications:
• Proficiency in data analysis and working with large data sets
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 5 years of work experience in the Entertainment, Consulting, or Finance Industry preferred
• Excellent computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau are a must
• Familiar with varied syndicated data sources / systems such as NPD, GfK, Ampere, Omdia
• Knowledge and experiencing navigating Go-To Market strategies of Television properties on Digital platforms

• Ability to process and summarize data into concise and poignant reports
• Strong analytical understanding of complex data and insights
• Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and handle heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to work in cross functional team environment
• Eager to learn, proactive, and intellectually curious; willingness to re-envision and improve business processes and strategies
