Overview and Responsibilities
Looking to make the next step in your career? Do you have a passion for film and a proficiency in Product Fulfillment? Then we have the perfect role for you! Our team is looking for a Manager, Product Fulfillment candidate who would be specifically responsible for managing the comprehensive deal servicing for the Transactional clients/platforms within the worldwide Global multi-territory client operations.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Establish and manage asset and delivery deadlines for New Releases as well as a high volume of catalog as commercially required
• Managing worldwide fulfillment requirements of the Paramount Pictures’ library to the client
• Frequent liaising with Sales Administration, Sales, Marketing, Business Affairs and other associated Studio Departments regarding avail dates, marketing requirements, preorders, delivery requests, metadata requirements and overall fulfillment strategy
• Collaborate with appropriate sales and marketing departments on building promotional requirements for the worldwide platform, including face to face meetings and strategy conference calls
• Responsible for the team collaboration between LA and Amsterdam relating to high-profile transactional clients to be able to represent and manage worldwide fulfillment status
• Liaising with Paramount Mastering, Digital Media Services and third-party Vendor lab facilities to set onboarding requirements and facilitate on time deliveries, servicing and account management
• Working closely with client representatives on their unique requests and requirements
• Responsible for communicating with the Studio IT to drive efficiencies with our internal systems
• Implementing and controlling efficient methods for business workflows and relationships
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience in Technical Services and/or contract materials fulfillment
• Advanced knowledge relating to file formats, ancillary assets, file delivery, delivery/asset tracking, etc relating to EST/VOD fulfillment
• Excellent collaboration skills and ease in meetings with upper management
• Expert with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, CRM, Word, Outlook,) Arriba/SAP, Xytech a plus.
