OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst for the Theatrical International Marketing Finance team! This person will handle the day to day operations involved with the budgets on each film, and be the main liaison for the LA marketing team as well as the territories.
• Prepare annual budgets for the LA office
• Handle budgets (analysis, overage requests, coding, budget loads, reconciliation)
• Prepare/handle allocations (files, journals, reconciliation)
• Prepare publicist/editors salary journals monthly
• Handle and clear dummy account monthly
• Prepare misc. monthly journals as needed
• Prepare and submit monthly credit card statements
• Perform legal agreement check on POs bi-weekly
• Prepare and send spend to date reporting bi-weekly
• Run and manage open POs/clearing/closing
• Help in accrual preparation (2x's/qtr)
• Systems point of contact/super -user (SAP, Graphite, Ramp-up, Basware, & Concur)
• Operations main point of contact
• Ad Hoc Reporting
• Ad Hoc analysis/projects
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required, a focus in Accounting, Finance, or related area preferred
• 2 years of experience

• Basic accounting knowledge
• High level of proficiency in Excel, experience in preparing complex financial models
• Strong communicator with the ability to moderate based on audience and demonstrate an ability to partner with a range of cross functional partners

• Strong work ethic and an acute attention to detail required
• Ability to work quickly and accurately on multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment!
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $60,000.00 - 69,500.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
