Overview and Responsibilities
Would you like to provide administrative and marketing assistance for Paramount Home Entertainment Distribution? Then this EA role, supporting two Senior Vice Presidents of Worldwide Brand Marketing for Paramount Home Entertainment Distribution, is for you!
• Manages an extremely active calendar and provide administrative support for two SVPs
• Schedules, tracks & updates meeting requests for department including filmmaker meetings
• Maintains & circulates agendas for department meetings
• Books domestic and International travel for SVPs & department (as requested)
• Maintains and submits expense reports for SVPs according to PPC policies
• Creates PO’s for department on a regular and as-needed-basis
• Helps SVPs and department prepare materials for various meetings/events (e.g., Sales Meeting, Annual Business Reviews)
• Assists in the development of marketing presentations by creating PowerPoint templates and sourcing information from cross-functional groups
• Tracks competitive activity on digital platforms and at retail
• Maintains product release calendars for both brand teams, including timing of marketing activations
• Assists department managers in title set up, SKU build and management across internal systems, working closely with cross-functional groups, including Sales, Operations and Customer Marketing teams to ensure accurate product configurations and timely delivery of information.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• 3 years related experience, preferred
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet software
• Photoshop and PowerPoint, is a plus

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to be pro-active and work with staff, other administrators, internal and external customers and senior management
• Outgoing, organized, dependable, detail oriented as well as having the ability to manage multiple high priorities and have the ability to appropriately prioritize work and proactively anticipate and manage time punctually
• Familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and balance multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
