Executive Assistant I
Overview and Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the EVP Strategic Planning & Business Development, as well as helping the SPBD team with special projects! The SPBD team is responsible for strategy for the Studio’s core business lines, as well as developing new business areas that leverage Paramount’s assets and capabilities.
• Answers and screens manager's telephone calls, and arranges conference calls
• Coordinates manager's schedule and appointments, and arranges travel schedules and reservations
• Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person
• Supports team with research projects and database maintenance, and coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities
• Prepares drafts of PowerPoint presentations and decks
• Organizes and maintains file system, makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials, and files correspondence and other records
• Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes
• Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years expereince
• Minimum one year related experience
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet software
Additional Qualifications
• Good verbal and written communication skills
