Executive Assistant - Strategy and Insights
Paramount Pictures
Los Angeles, CAThis is a Full Time Job
WeAreParamount on a mission to unleash the power of content… you in?
Come join the Strategy and Insights team at Paramount Pictures and be part of a dynamic group who work across the entire lifecycle of the theatrical movie experience! Unlike traditional marketing, our insights team is involved from concept to release, ensuring the consumer's voice is at the heart of every decision from brand development to fan engagement, to the actual movie in its final editorial stage, to identifying messaging for creative marketing materials that truly resonate. The Insights team drives impactful, data-driven decisions through audience surveys, focus groups, ethnographies, and screenings.
This role sits at the center of the department, supporting its senior leadership and working closely with the wider team. It also offers a spectacular view of the movie lifecycle from pre-greenlight to release, and of how research shapes both the film itself and the campaign that sells it.
This is an on-site role based on the Paramount Pictures Studio Lot requiring (5) days in office.
