Join the Global Marketing Partnerships team at Paramount Pictures as a Director, Partnership Marketing, where you’ll take the lead in securing high-profile marketing partnerships for our theatrical releases. Responsibilities:
• Drive promotional strategies and identify targeted brand lists for key theatrical releases
• Deliver compelling film slate and partnership opportunities to brands and agencies
• Forge and lock in promotional programs that deliver elevated programs with significant above-the-line and earned media
• Command contract negotiations for promotional partnerships/sponsorships in collaboration with legal
• Collaborate with in-house creative team to develop custom materials for partner pitches, internal marketing updates, filmmaker meetings, presentations, etc
• Identify potential cross-promotional opportunities with other marketing teams (e.g., publicity, field promotions, events, digital, etc.)
• Facilitate category, partner, and agency research as directed
• Compile information for product placement team, as well as third party production resources groups, for potential film integration considerations, where applicable
Basic Qualifications
• 7 years of marketing, product, or brand management experience (entertainment-specific experience a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Acrobat Pro, and Keynote
Additional Qualifications
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to navigate numerous partners while maintaining bandwidth to coordinate multiple projects at various stages and recommend creative solutions where needed
• Able and willing to travel, as needed to partner meetings, conferences, etc.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $110,400.00 - 127,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
