Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Paramount Home Entertainment (PHE) organization is hiring a Director, eCommerce Customer Marketing! We want you to define and implement the Retail Marketing strategies of Paramount New Release titles and Film-library initiatives across eCommerce. Direct marketing partnerships that optimize product revenue streams and improve consumer value propositions. The finally, partner with key physical accounts including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy and others to market PHE€™s expansive film and television library. Located out of Los Angeles and will report to Senior Vice President of Domestic Physical Sales!
Primary Responsibilities
• Analyze and report key performance indicators, including customer engagement, product conversion, sales and return on marketing investments
• Use performance reporting to develop and iterate merchandising and marketing campaigns
• Partner with internal constituents to develop creative marketing assets and merchandising plans that increase sales conversion
• Be responsible for the collaboration with brand and cross-functional marketing teams to develop title-specific campaigns for 12 new releases per year
• Lead all aspects of catalog initiatives on Paramount's immense library of content
• Partners with cross-divisional partners to develop strategic lifecycle initiatives for leading entertainment franchises including Transformers, Star Trek, Mission Impossible, GI Joe and other high-profile properties, across consumer-packaged goods
• Develop and run retailer-specific limited product strategies
• Responsible for coordinating meetings with internal partners and assist with account presentations and pitch material
• Review and route for internal approval on any account specific marketing programs
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years related retail marketing experience with omni-channel retailers, and/or pure play e-commerce
Additional Qualifications
• Experience leading catalog, marketplace and website on e-commerce platform; shown knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Vendor Central and Walmart Supplier Central
• Expertise in digital online/mobile commerce, digital customer experiences, and digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills knowing how to use data and insights into impactful steps and business plans
• Experience delivering successful end-to-end digital programs or campaigns, from concept to execution to reporting and optimization
• Digital marketing knowledge with a good understanding of Display Advertising, Page Optimization, Search and Social Marketing, Implementation and Associated Performance Analytics
• Working knowledge of email/CRM platforms, Google/Adobe analytics, SEO, UX/UI design, social shopping and affiliate platforms preferred
• Proficiency in Photoshop and PowerPoint is a requirement
