Overview:
We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and highly organized Marketing Manager to join our Theatrical Marketing Creative Content team. This team develops and executes distinctive, culture-shaping content that builds anticipation and drives global audience engagement.
In this role, you will help produce large-scale worldwide marketing initiatives and contribute meaningfully to each campaign's success. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, creatively driven team member with a strong interest in the evolving theatrical landscape and a passion for innovative, impactful work.
Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of integrated 360° theatrical marketing campaigns from development through release
• Contribute to creative brainstorms and pitch innovative content capture ideas
• Conceptualize, shoot, and produce original marketing content, including BTS moments, on-set capture, and event coverage
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth production and asset delivery aligned with campaign strategy
• Lead the creation and delivery of EPKs, including routing for clearance, securing talent approvals, delivering BTS b-roll and interview bites, and selecting film clips for EPK, online, and publicity use
• Coordinate the finishing and distribution of global creative assets to vendors, press, media partners, and international territories
• Track and manage creative feedback from talent, filmmakers, stakeholders, and legal teams
• Prepare and support marketing presentations and campaign updates
• Assist team leadership with organizational and creative needs across titles, including light administrative duties (scheduling, document organization, maintaining tracking tools)
• Stay informed on competitive releases, box office trends, and audience insights
Basic Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in studio, entertainment, or high-profile brand marketing preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Creative, forward-thinking mindset with a passion for movies, storytelling, and global entertainment
• Highly forward-thinking with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Active user and observer of social media, streaming platforms, and television
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously
• Experience building PowerPoint decks and Excel documents.
