Overview & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Media Coordinator to join our Paramount Pictures team. The ideal candidate will understand media planning, buying and execution. This role will help develop, manage and optimize all aspects of the Media Department's media plans.

Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
• Assist in the development of media plans and strategies that align with business objectives
• Coordinate media buying and planning across various platforms, including TV, digital, social media and outdoor
• Ensure media schedules are delivered on time and within budget
• Monitor media campaigns and provide ongoing performance reports to internal partners
• Brainstorm creative marketing campaign ideas and strategies
• Create marketing presentations showcasing campaign strategy
• Maintain up-to-date records of applicable documentation to distribute to the appropriate co-workers
• Stay current and provide overviews of important marketplace and emerging media landscape
• Review and approve billing
• Provide support to senior members of the media team as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing
• Proven exposure to media
• Entertainment experience a plus!

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Limited understanding of evolving media landscape
• Proactive approach and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Attention to detail with big picture perspective

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 56,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
