Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing the utilization of Paramount's Sound Stages, New York Street and Lot Locations by production companies.
Responsibilities
to include, but not limited to:
• Functions as the on-set liaison between production and all Studio's service departments
• Functions as a trouble shooter and customer advocate to ensure the efficient execution of the client's production
• Coordinates on-lot location scouts and tech scouts with production companies
• Promote use of Studio services (SLG, Transportation, Sign Shop, etc…) to production companies
• Following completion of the customer's shoot, the Facility Representative is responsible to ensure the facility is left in the same manner it was turned over to the client
• Assists when long term clients move onto the Studio lot with their office setup and lot orientation
• Conducts facility and stage inspections following the shooting companies
• Monitors production company's activities to protect studio assets and ensure compliance with studio, industry, local, state and federal safety rules and regulations
• Identifies safety hazards and institutes prompt corrective action to ensure a safe workplace and the protection of employees
• May need to work nights and weekends with overtime pay depending on client needs
Qualifications
/Skills
Basic qualifications:
• 4-year degree in Film or two years industry related experience
Desired skills:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and internet software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to set priorities
• Knowledge of union jurisdictions in relation to job duties and responsibilities
• Extensive knowledge of the production process, including but not limited to single camera television, multi-cam, features, commercials, music videos and special events

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $67,000.00 - 73,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
