This position is responsible for providing billing and clerical support for the Production Finance department as well as administrative support to the VP Development Finance.
Responsibilities
include but not limited to:
• Handles travel credit card payment and monthly reconciliation
• Reviews and processes invoices relating to scenarios and term deals
• Calculates and processes monthly term deal producer overhead payments in accordance with contractual terms
• Processes Expense Reports for term deal employees and submits set-up and termination paperwork ; compiles bi-weekly timecards
• Enters contractual obligations in SAP and maintains project metadata
• Prepares journal entries
• Coordinates executive’s calendar and schedules appointments
• Answers phones; handles call log for executives; filing
• Submits orders for office/kitchen supplies
• Special projects and ad hoc analysis as required
Basic Qualifications
• 1 years of Finance/Accounting related experience (including internships)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
Additional Qualifications
• SAP experience preferred but not required
• Good analytical skills; detail oriented
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
