Overview and Responsibilities
Would you like to manage the day-to-day execution and communication of physical and digital brand marketing strategies for Paramount Home Entertainment Distribution’s theatrical New Release and Acquisition team? Then this position, reporting to the Director, Worldwide Brand Marketing, is for you!
• We are seeking someone who takes a proactive role in the development and implementation of marketing plans
• Gathers and presents internal and market research data to support marketing plan development
• Evaluates and analyzes plan results and presents recommendations to optimize future plans
• Collaborates with internal team to brainstorm all elements of the marketing plan
• Monitors competitive activity and industry trends, as well as maintain competitive trackers to offer insights that support business objectives
• Maintains a timeline for marketing activities and keeps the brand team on deadline
• Creates creative work orders to be shared with creative team, for campaign development
• Manages product and marketing campaign asset development and approvals trafficking
• Develops and optimizes sales collateral/tools that effectively communicate marketing plans
• Sets up and maintains product information and promotions in internal systems and databases
• Maintains ongoing, open communication and updates to all functional areas: Customer Marketing, Operations, Sales Communication, Sales, PR, Digital Marketing, Legal, Promotions, Media, Creative, Finance, etc.
• Coordinates third party agreements and purchase order approvals
• Assists in the development of presentations
• Provides support with ad hoc projects as needed
Basic Qualifications
• 3 years of related marketing experience, ideally in Home Entertainment or related area, with proven knowledge of marketing
• and brand awareness building fundamentals
• Proven problem-solving, analytical and creative thinking skills
• Photoshop and PowerPoint skills a must
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or related field
Additional Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal skills and oral/written communication skills
• Knowledge and experience of consumer retail landscape a plus (digital & physical)
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and balance multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
