Paradiso US is seeking a Development Intern for Spring 2022 to assist the LA-based team with sourcing new ideas, reviewing submissions, and continuing to develop fresh audio-first concepts for podcast listeners. This is a great opportunity for students interested in pursuing careers in writing, production, podcasting, radio, or creative development across film, TV or digital. Interns will have ample access to company meetings and goings on. Potential duties include: script coverage, industry research, audio and video editing, graphic design, assisting in the creation of pitch decks and social media assets. Ideal candidates are: strong writers, great communicators, detail-oriented, team players with a no-task-is-too-small attitude.
Please note that this is an unpaid internship, and school credit is mandatory. Minimum 2 days/week required. Previous entertainment industry experience preferred. Interns will work remotely with occasional in-person opportunities for local interns depending on COVID protocols and work necessities. With this in mind, students from all time zones will be considered, though LA-based/West Coast time is a plus. If interested, please email a resume and brief cover letter.
