Paradise is hiring for a $20/hr for a full-time 40+ hour a week Assistant Editor to work in person in our socially-distanced Culver City office.

· 40+ hour per week AE position at a fast-paced digital agency starting ASAP
· Primary responsibilities include ingesting, organizing, syncing, proxying and distributing footage, finishing edits in-house, and prepping spots for finish out-of-house when necessary.
· Secondary responsibilities will include archiving finished spots and old media, assisting with drive deliveries and media transport, and editing social media cuts.
· 1+ Year of prior work experience at a digital agency or other experience in social media marketing
· Experience ingesting, organizing, syncing, proxying, breaking down and distributing footage to editors and other agencies through physical and digital platforms (Digital platforms including Wiredrive, Box, Aspera, PIX, Vandam, CLEAR, etc.)
· Experience in in-house and out-of-house finishing workflows, including experience overcutting, relinking projects and media, audio mixing, captioning, music cue sheets, exporting deliverables, and providing video and audio preps to other agencies.
· Experience editing social media content is a plus.
· Minimum 2+ years of experience using Adobe Premiere Pro.
$20 an Hour + Hourly Overtime after 40 Hours / Week
