Talent Coordinator

Mid-size Century City talent agency with a broad range of clients is seeking a Talent Coordinator as well as an Assistant in the Theatrical Department. One year of agency/management experience is preferred but not necessary. The ideal candidate will be familiar with casting sites and InEntertainment, and be able to jump right in and quickly learn. Candidate must be able to handle heavy phones and scheduling, as well as work closely with clients and casting. Attention to detail, organizational skills, teamwork, and resourcefulness are a must for this role.
