The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR team in all areas of the HR/Payroll function.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall administrative support to HR team to include coordination, processing and filing of employee information
Support of the onboarding/offboarding process with the creation of offer letters, welcome packets, onboarding documents as well as employee offboarding process and documentation
Responsible for coordination of Day One Orientation and assisting HR Manager with Orientation and benefits onboarding
Responsible for the ongoing administration of new hires, transfers and terminations in the Payroll system to include coordination of documents with Managers and data entry as well as liaison with IT on employee changes
Assist HR team in recruitment process with job postings, resume screening, background checks and scheduling candidate interviews
Work with HR Recruiter to develop additional recruitment sources
Provide support to the HR Manager in the administration of Health & Wellness programs and Employee Initiatives
Processing of payment of HR vendor invoices
Filing, document retrieval and mail delivery
Assist team with coordination of employee and Company- wide events
Assistance with HR projects as required
Distribution of HR and Company Communication as required
Skills/Experience Required:
Minimum of one year of HR experience with prior experience in an HR Admin role, preferred
BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred
Prior experience with HR data entry into payroll and HR systems required.
Detail Oriented and Deadline focused
Strong verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service focus
Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization
Prior experience in media, entertainment or technology organizations preferred
Ability to be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with changing priorities
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Sharepoint
