The Role:
Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for film and technology? Do you excel at building relationships and providing exceptional customer service? We're looking for a highly motivated and organised Client Contact to join our team in Manchester!
In this key role, you'll be the go-to person for our diverse clientele, including members of production teams, Directors of Photography, and camera crew. You'll ensure the smooth supply of rental and consumable items, from initial inquiry to delivery, helping to provide seamless support and coordinating practical requirements like equipment availability and logistics.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries promptly and with excellent attention to detail.
• Fulfill equipment rental orders using our bespoke software systems, maintaining accurate information throughout each order's lifecycle.
• Collaborate with our Sales teams to effectively negotiate pricing with clients, obtain purchase orders, and provide accurate billing instructions.
• Liaise with our equipment teams to guarantee equipment availability and ensure all necessary information is provided for a successful supply chain.
• Build strong relationships with clients at all levels, always maintaining a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide quotes, fulfill, and invoice consumable and clothing orders, and maintain optimum stock levels.
• As needed, locate and pick client equipment orders, ensuring equipment works to manufacturer specifications.
• Provide direct technical support to customers and employees on all Panavision equipment.
• When required, accurately ship and receive equipment, ensuring all system data is updated.
• Assist colleagues with deliveries and collections when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized office, stores, storage, and test bay areas.
• Stay well-informed of all relevant Panavision equipment and services through training and self-led learning.
• Attend industry events as required to represent Panavision and positively interact with existing and potential clients.
