Seeking Part-Time Administrative Assistant
In-Person - PART-TIME
High volume Boutique Management Company with VIP clientele is seeking an experienced PART-TIME administrative assistant with a genuine interest in talent representation to work a very busy desk.
Soft skills: Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, resourceful, quick learner, problem-solver.
Hard skills: Google Workspace, MS Office, WeTransfer, Vimeo, Dropbox. Familiarity with Breakdown Express & InEntertainment is a plus.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a home office (Sherman Oaks) and love dogs.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not unlimited to:
• Administrative support for the CEO (to include managing calendar & monitoring emails)
• Client submissions (via Breakdown Express), pitches to casting, follow-ups
• Scheduling/confirming auditions
• Uploading/downloading audition tapes (WeTransfer, Vimeo, etc.)
• Audition tracking
• Communication with talent, agents, publicists, production, travel, etc.
• Managing talent bookings
• General office duties
• script coverage
• Occasional CEO/talent related errands
This is a fast-paced company that allows one to gain a wealth of experience and knowledge in the entertainment industry working side by side with the CEO.
