Are you interested in social media short video production or filmmaking in general? Are you interested in food, wellness, and lifestyle? Then join us!

Palette Pictures is focused on producing high-quality content for both Chinese and American markets. We are now producing social media content that introduces healthy lifestyles through traveling, health tips, and science-based lifestyle content.

We are seeking an experienced freelance editor to edit our ongoing food and nutrition video series. In light of the nature of social media, we always strive to produce high-quality content with a small team of committed members.

Your qualifications:
- experienced in editing, color grading, photoshop, and graphic design
- good research and communication skills
- embrace social media and experienced in gaining exposure on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Douyin/Tiktok
- self-starter and self-motivated with a good work ethic
- editing experience related to food or wellness is a plus
- fluency in Chinese Mandarin and English languages is a plus but not a must


Your primary responsibilities:?
- editing 2-3 one-minute short-form videos and 1 piece of 8-10 minutes long-form video per week
- color-grading and sound-mixing the videos for social media posting
- adding captions

Compensation is project-based and depends on your qualifications and the video type edited.
