Paladin Artists is seeking a full-time agent's assistant.
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Qualifications:
• Candidates must have at least one year experience in the concert industry.
• Highly organized, self-starter.
• Ability to multi-task, driven, and professional.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Inputting and maintaining schedules.
• Producing contracts for booked shows.
• Collating ticket sales information and sharing with relevant parties.
• Helping supervise tour artwork and show announcements.
• Developing relations with managers/artists/venues/promoters.
• Tracking deposits, contracts, final figures, correspondence, and maintaining detailed and organized files.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Assistant experience at a similar agency is required.
• Strong knowledge of the music industry.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize a busy workload in a fast-paced industry.
• The art of follow-up and following through.
Salary/Benefits
$18.00 - 20.00 per hour
