Paladin Artists is seeking a full-time agent's assistant. Looking for candidates in Los Angeles, CA. Candidates must have at least one year experience in the concert industry and is highly organized, self-starter, be able to multi-task, driven, and professional.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inputting and maintaining schedules
• Producing contracts for booked shows
• Developing relations with manager/artists/venues/buyers
• Tracking deposits, contracts, final figures, correspondence and maintaining detailed and organized files.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Assistant experience at a similar agency is preferred
• Strong knowledge of the music industry
• Proficient in google docs, word, outlook and excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to details
• Ability to prioritize a busy workload in a fast-paced industry
• The art of follow-up and following through
• Must be able to multi-task
