WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant to help with the permitting department. Candidates will possess the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Looking for a speedy but accurate typist with strong proofreading skills and a professional phone demeanor. The ability to manage the constantly shifting needs of our demanding clients with a smile is of the utmost importance. Geographical knowledge of the greater Los Angeles area and proficient map-reading skills are helpful. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
-Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
-Sort and distribute communication in timely manner
-Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with clients
-Schedule and plan appointments, routes and meetings
-Support various project efforts
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
-Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
-Ability to multitask
-Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and adapt to the constantly changing schedule
-Detail Oriented
-Ability to work under a high demanding environment
-Ability to type 50 wpm
-Computer literacy including experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
SALARY
-$21.00 per hour
SCHEDULE
-Mon-Fri 9:00 - 6pm
