JOB SUMMARY
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Coordinator plays a key role in executing marketing campaigns across multiple Pacers Sports & Entertainment business units using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Reporting to the Marketing Cloud Manager and working within the Customer Engagement team, this role supports a wide range of initiatives-from email and SMS campaign execution to data management and reporting.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and familiar with SMS marketing strategies. They thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to every project.

Please note that this is an on-site role in Indianapolis, IN.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational & Technical Support
• Support various PS&E business units/properties within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Contribute to the creation and upload of targeted email campaign lists.
• Assist with Journey Builder creation, Automation Studio, and Personalization Studio.
• Coordinate SMS subscriber list growth and engagement initiatives.
Creative & Content Development
• Collaborate on designing creative and copy content for emails and SMS.
• Participate in the development of email and SMS campaign content.
Data & Reporting
• Develop email analytics and SMS reports and dashboards.
• Generate insights to identify cross-channel trends and engagement behaviors.
Project & Campaign Management
• Manage projects within the CRM, including building Integrated Formstacks.
• Oversee project timelines for sales and marketing campaigns.
Availability & Flexibility
• Oversee project timelines for sales and marketing campaigns.
• Take on other duties and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing efforts.
• Basic knowledge of email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Exposure to additional Salesforce products (Sales/Service Cloud, Trailhead).
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and the Microsoft Office product suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
LANGUAGE & COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex instructions and reports with precision.
• Skilled in crafting clear, concise, and highly accurate written communications, including reports and professional correspondence.
• Confident in presenting ideas and information to diverse audiences-including managers, clients, customers, and the public-with clarity and impact.
• Adept at influencing and articulating ideas persuasively to peers and executive leadership.
• Experienced in developing and delivering compelling presentations across all organizational levels.
• Exceptionally organized and self-driven, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
MATHEMATICAL & ANALYTICAL SKILLS:
• Proficient in applying mathematical concepts to develop ROI models and performance reports that support data-driven decision-making.
CRITICAL THINKING & REASONING:
• Capable of identifying problems, gathering relevant data, analyzing facts, and drawing sound conclusions.
• Able to make informed recommendations that align with strategic goals.

• Resourceful and solution-oriented, with a track record of seeing projects through from concept to completion.
