Full Time Job
The Salesforce Coordinator will support the CRM and Marketing Cloud Managers. The day-to-day activities of this role will consist of supporting CRM activities via Salesforce Service Cloud including building and managing campaigns and supporting Marketing Cloud including email marketing campaigns. At least two years of work experience is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud administration.
• Sales Data Hygiene:
• Identify data discrepancies by reviewing CRM and ticketing system for incomplete or incorrect data.
• Merge CRM duplicates and perform bulk importing of data sets as necessary.
• Manage Marketing Request form submissions and Basecamp assignments for email marketing projects.
• Have an understanding of Journey Builder and other Salesforce tools.
• Ability to identify cross-channel trends and engagement behavior.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
This position requires the employee to have at least two years of experience working with Salesforce, as well as familiarity with business analytics. An interest in emerging platforms and technologies is necessary for success in this position.
PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and reports. Ability to write reports and correspondence with extremely high accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of the organization. Ability to communicate and sell ideas to peers and executives. Ability to create and deliver presentations to all levels of employees and upper management. Must be very well organized and highly self-motivated.
