Brand Ambassador (Part-Time)

PAY RATE: $16.98

JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Community Marketing Initiatives (e.g. Fan Van activation):
• Actively engage with current and prospective fans using promotional strategies
• Travel to events in Indianapolis and surrounding communities
• Set up and facilitate fan engagement activities, including our prize giveaways
• Game Day Execution:
• Set up and tear down fan engagement activities around the arena
• Prize giveaway stations
• Pacemate photo booth
• Pacemate autographs
• Family fun activities
• Distribute special guest prize packs
• Assist in on court activities
• Halftime show
• T-shirt toss
• Office
• General administrative responsibilities
• Maintaining promotional materials
• Restocking and organizing prizes for game day giveaways
• Researching fan van opportunities across Indiana
• Assisting marketing staff with special projects
• Participating in discussions regarding marketing and promotional strategies
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education and/or Experience :
• Driver's License Required
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer experience or fan-facing role
• Completion or enrollment in a Business or Sports degree is preferred

• Understands and clearly communicates the Pacers Sports & Entertainment brand
• Maintains consistent, clear and accurate records of promotion activity including performing recaps and processing of paperwork
• Ability to set up and take down program materials as required
• Follows proper procedure for handing out gift/incentive items
• Wears required and provided uniform
• Attends all mandatory Brand Ambassador Elevate trainings
• Attends all home games and requested events

While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the office work environment is usually moderate and the noise level in Gainbridge Fieldhouse / game environment is usually loud. The stress level may become high during certain times of the year.
