SUMMARY:
The Salesforce Coordinator will support the CRM and Marketing Cloud Manager. The day-to-day activities of this role will consist of supporting CRM activities via Salesforce Service Cloud, including building and managing campaigns and supporting Marketing Cloud, including email marketing campaigns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Assist in Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud administration.
• Responsible for Sales Data Hygiene: Identify data discrepancies by reviewing CRM and ticketing system for incomplete or incorrect data. Merge CRM duplicates and perform bulk importing of data sets as necessary.
• Manage Marketing Request form submissions & Basecamp assignments for email marketing projects
• Must have a good understanding of Journey Builder and other Salesforce tools and prior experience using these tools.
• Ability to identify cross-channel trends and engagement behavior to assist and inform.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, and at least 1-2 years of professional marketing or database experience and/or a combination of graduate level education (i.e., MBA) and experience. Other preferences include knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar applications, experience with data-driven software programs and a familiarity with business analytics.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and reports. Ability to write reports and correspondence with extremely high accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Managers, Clients, Customers, and the general public. Ability to communicate and sell ideas to peers and executives. Ability to create and deliver presentations to all levels of employees and upper management. Must be very well organized and highly self-motivated. Must be able to effectively work as part of a team as well as independently.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to apply mathematical operations to develop ROI analyses and present reports.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and make recommendations.
PROBLEM SOLVING REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to use creativity, logic and technical skills to see projects through to completion. Must be self-motivated and consistently take initiative to learn new technology and find solutions for existing challenges.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
This position requires the employee to be familiar with CRM products, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dyanmics, Oracle, SugarCRM, etc. The employee must also be proficient in Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word. An interest in emerging platforms and technologies is necessary for success in this position. Must also be adaptable and able to quickly learn new technology.
