Full Time Job
The Talent Assistant role is approximately a 6-month temporary position supporting the administrative needs for the on-air Talent and Development team. This role will report directly to the Talent Specialist and is located in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
• Talent Expense Reimbursement: receive and review all forms; follow-up with on-air talent; log information and submit to Finance for reimbursement
• Talent Invoices: create weekly invoices; submitted to Finance and maintain talent rate card
• Talent Contracts and Agreements: prepare talent contracts for the season; follow-up with talent and/or agents to ensure full execution of contracts; collaborate with Pac-12 Legal department on any amendments required for contracts
• Talent Assignments Schedule: organize and maintain the talent assignment schedule and master production schedule. Ensure assignments are correct and up-to-date; notify the production team of any changes to schedules; collaborate with Pac-12 Travel department to help book travel arrangements for talent; answer any questions talent may have about their schedule
Skills:
• Independently motivated and requires little supervision
• Highly organized; can easily multitask and prioritize work
• Comfortable with professional email and phone correspondence
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs, and Gmail
