Full Time Job
• Manage and maintain MVPD working files and contact lists
• Manage bulk client correspondence
• Programming e-blasts
• Invitations / event info
• Manage sweepstakes approvals & fulfillment
• Research and draft industry updates on a weekly basis to distribute to the team
• Administer, maintain and update partner-facing affiliate website including technical support documents, LAS information, marketing assets, taggable spots and other support materials
• Plan, attend and assist in CSR and LAS training as needed
• Upload / analyze affidavits and calculate total media value for promotional campaigns in TrackLab database.
• Work closely with Manager and Partner Services on event plans and logistics (e.g. invite lists, hotel plans, hospitality events, tickets, VIP gifts, etc)
• Process and code all invoices for department
• Log and track partner marketing executions on google drive
• Oversee ordering and inventory of premiums, brochures, banners, posters, etc., including fulfillment of marketing materials and premiums needed at trade shows, CSR training and external events
• Attend weekly marketing and research meetings
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage clients' expectation in a fast-paced environment where conflicting demands may occur.
• Effective interpersonal skills; good judgment and the ability to interact with different levels of management and teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity applications, including; Word, Excel (vLookup, pivot tables, etc.), PowerPoint and Google suite (calendar, Gmail, docs, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed and organized approach to work.
• Experience working in a culturally diverse organization and supporting the values held by our unique employees, clients, sponsors, university faculty, and fans.
PREFERRED:
• Knowledgeable and passionate about collegiate sports in general, specifically Pac-12.
• Knowledge of television business models and cable/satellite environment a plus
