This is a Full Time Job
What the People Team Fellow will do:
• Work with our People Team with project-focused initiatives across People Engagement & Wellness, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning and Development (L&D).
• Assist with data collection, review, and distribution across multiple reporting tools that include the HRIS, Time-Keeping, and other internal software systems and applications:
• Build and review ad hoc reports
• Create, distribute and review internal employee surveys in SurveyMonkey
• Assist with the wellness platform:
• Compose weekly wellness information, data, tools for the employees
• Assist with in-person wellness initiatives including but not limited to Wellness Day and STRONG Challenge.
• Assist in the recruiting, selection, and hiring process:
• Support the entire recruitment process from requisition through interviewing to job offer for any applicable part-time, event night roles.
• Coordinate and host internal recruitment fair.
• Assist in development of job descriptions as necessary.
• Assist with Learning & Development initiatives focused on individual and business unit specific goals.
• All other duties assigned.
What the People Team Fellow will need:
• College student with an educational emphasis on HR, Business, or a related educational track.
• Interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Learning & Development is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and other related computer skills required.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on business writing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and support multiple high level executive positions.
• Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others whom you have no direct authority over.
• Strong teamwork and team synergy skills required.
• Excellent ability to establish rapport with others and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
• Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on the changing priorities of the department.
