This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Seeking summer intern for Business and Legal Affairs at Original Productions, a Fremantle Media company (4 weeks initially, could possibly go longer). Intern will:

1. work hand in hand with Senior Counsel and COO/EVP Business Affairs to review agreements, extract important terms and summarize data in a user-friendly format so that the business units and Fremantle International may assess rights and obligations on various titles;

2. help review trademark and merchandising files and documentation in order to assess rights and requirements;

3. help draft simple release forms for various productions and send them to the teams and crews;

4. assist with other business affairs and legal issues as needed.

Some filing involved; familiarity with Word, Excel (and experience creating excel spreadsheets), Mac and Windows preferred.

Credentials: Law school students welcome. BA preferred but could be in college (including community college courses or earning a paralegal certificate).
